Everything went smoothly and right the way we planned. He accommodated the day for pick up, let us transport many of the horse belongings of ours, transported the horses from FL to OH, kept in contact with us all the time, was punctual, which was extremely important since we had a flight to catch and they were people at OH waiting too. I will recommend Cowboy Express to anyone that needs to haul their horses without reserves. Our horses did not look like they had a 24 hours ride at all, and everything arrived intact. I made a phone call and was happy to find out that he was an independent transporter. With JD also being a Fire Fighter he gave me a feeling of responsibility and professionalism. He pulled up to my home in a spotlessly clean rig with pine shavings in the box stall, fans and a video monitor system to be able to view the horses condition while in transport. When our horse arrived to his location the owner reported that he was in good condition and was also pleased with JD as a transporter and wouldn't hesitate to use him for his personal transporting needs.
